The 11.592 MHz Crystal Oscillator is a crystal oscillator circuit that provides clock pulses of 11.0592 MHz frequency. It sustains oscilllation by taking a voltage signal from the quartz resonator, amplifying it and  providing feed back to the resonator. It is a odd value crystal oscillator that is perfectly divisible for generating standard baud rate for serial communication with PC.
