BIGTREETECH BTT Octopus Max EZ for 3D Printer
- Onboard BOOT button to enable DFU mode to update the bootloader
- The thermistor circuit is protected to prevent MCU damage from shorted heated bed and heater cartridge connections

BIGTREETECH Octopus MAX EZ, a 32-bit motherboard, is an upgraded version of Octopus Pro developed by the 3D printing team of BTT Its self-developed stepper motor sockets enhance safety and user experience, and it adds a series of features that Octopus Pro does not have, greatly enhancing its DIY capabilities. BIGTREETECH’s Octopus Max EZ is a 32-bit motherboard with many interfaces for versatile upgrade possibilities. The main board is compatible with Klipper and Marlin as well as with a Raspberry Pi.
BIGTREETECH BTT Octopus Max EZ meets the normal operating requirements, but besides these, it also supports various improvements such as upgrading to a dual extruder or running the EZ-MAX31865. It also serves as a replacement in case of a burned-out driver port. The main board is equipped with fail-safe EZ drivers, and has a protected chip and a pinless design, making it extra safe to use.The 32-bit 550MHz ARM Cortex-M7 STM32H723ZET6 microcontroller is compatible with both Marlin and Klipper.
